Valley College Media Arts

The Los Angeles Valley College arts program includes the following departments:

• Journalism (including photography)
• Media Arts Academy
• Music (including commercial music)
• Speech Communication and Broadcasting
• Theater

Many active arts professionals have attended Valley College, including Kevin Spacey, Michael Richards (Kramer on Seinfeld), and Ed Begely, Jr. In addition to offering classes in the arts, the college operates an art gallery, a campus theater, and a radio station run by students.
